My and My Girl Uniondale Theatre reviews
Legendary Band in an Average Venue
This show was a great experience because it fostered a strong connection between the audience and the band, with both parties clearly enjoying themselves from the start. Jeff and the boys delivered an impressive performance, playing an extensive set list that included many fan favorites from YHF and Ghost. Although I wished to hear "Hell is Chrome," I can't complain about the overall quality of the show. Jeff's vocals and lead guitar were outstanding, adding to the fantastic sound. However, the venue was the main downside for me. While the temperature was comfortable, the space felt overcrowded and lacking in intimacy. I believe the venue should have either accommodated fewer people or been designed with a more gradual elevation away from the stage to provide a better viewing experience. As much as I hate to admit it, the cramped conditions made it difficult to fully enjoy the show, especially for someone like me who is not keen on standing in a packed crowd for hours on end. It seems that this issue is more on my end as an attendee rather than a fault of the venue itself, given the number of people present at the show.
